Q: How can I view the status of orders that have been placed?
A: You can click on the My Accounts tab at the top of the page to log into your account. This page lists all your orders. If you did not create an account you can email or call us: firstname.lastname@example.org 1-518-400-0627
Q: What will shipping cost me?
A: We pay shipping for all orders $100 and over. Free shipping is via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 states only. If your order is under $100 you will see a $8.95 charge that will be displayed on the checkout screen before confirming your order. AK, HI and APOs will be quoted shipping charges at checkout.
Q: Can I have my order shipped C.O.D.?
A: COD is not available on the website but you can order C.O.D. (money orders only) by calling 1-518-400-0627 to place your order. FedEx and USPS charge and additional fee for COD orders. This fee applies in addition to shipping costs (if any).
Q: How quickly are my orders processed?
A: We generally process your orders the same day. If you place your order before 12:00PM EST your order is shipped that day (if the product is in inventory). If your order is placed after 12:00PM it will generally ship the following day. Ocassionally, we recieve a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will however work to ship it quickly (in the order it was received).
Should you request a product that is on backorder for more than 1 week we will contact by email to let you know when the product will be available. If your order is extremely time sensitive please call us and we will take of it for you.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
