Shipping Policy: We pay shipping on all orders $100 and over.  Shipping is via FedExground or USPS.  Orders under $100 pay $8.95 for ground shipping.  Free shipping and $8.95 shipping is available only in the Continental United States.  Different shipping rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii shipments and will be shown at the checkout page.



All methods of FedEx shipping are available.  We offer Next Day Air and Two Day Air through the website.  Please be aware that FedEx does NOT pickup Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  (Example:  A package ordered Next Day air on Friday afternoon will not ship until Monday and arrive to you Tuesday)

Note:  P.O. Box orders will ship via USPS.  In order to keep our prices low, we reserve the right to ship packages via the most cost effective method (including USPS First Class for small/light items).  If you have questions about shipping methods or costs please call our Customer Service number at 1-518-400-0627.  Large items such as Barber Chairs are shipped as freight via truckline.

Once my order is placed, how fast will it ship? GENERALLY, orders received before 12:00PM ET are shipped that day (if the item is in stock - If the item is temporarily out of stock it will be shipped as soon as it is received.  Some manufacturers import items that occasionally have extended back orders that are beyond our control.  We cannot be held responsible for these backorders and our liability will be limited to issuing an immediate refund at your request for items that are delayed).  Orders placed after 12:00PM ET will normally be shipped the following business day.  Occasionally, we receive a large number or orders in a short period of time.  Should we receive an influx of orders, your package may not ship the same day but will be shipped as quickly as possible (in the order it was received).  Should this occur we will not email you as we will be devoting all personnel and energy toward getting packages processed and shipped.  If the item you are ordering is extremely time sensitive contact us by phone for availability and delivery estimates, to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Shipping Information: Many factors affect the delivery time frame of your package.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the following: weather delays, FedEx or USPS issues, or extended manufacturer backorders.  We reserve the right to delay a package if we cannot verify correct information for shipping, billing or other pertinent reasons.  If your package is substantially delayed you will be contacted for information via email.   Packages are shipped daily Monday - Friday (except holidays). 

Although we offer free shipping to all orders over 100$ in the United States, we do not offer free shipping on barber poles and barber chairs. 


Note to APO/FPO Customers: We gladly ship to APOs/FPOs.  Large orders or items may require additional postage to ship.  You will be contacted if this applies to your order

Note to AK, HI, APO/FPO and International Customers: Due to Postal Regulations we CANNOT ship any liquids or sprays to you.  If you have questions please call us for clarification before ordering.


**Note to International Customers: We do ship international and buyer is responsible for shipping and handling and other fees that may be applied once entering the country.**


C.O.D. Shipments: C.O.D. orders are not available on our website.  You can order C.O.D. by calling 1-518-400-0627.  There is a FedEx charge of $9.50 applied to orders (in addition to other applicable fees).  FedEx will only accept Money Orders or Certified Checks as payment - no cash or personal checks.  

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address other than the credit card Bill To address on record with the Credit Card issuer.  In the event this affects your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.


Return Policy: We proudly offer a 30 day return on most items you purchase from MBS (in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may apply). We cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened (for sanitary reasons): straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc (unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect). Special order items (including barber chairs) cannot be returned.  You can return other merchandise by shipping it to Master Barber Supply prepaid in the original packaging.  Also make sure there is sufficient packaging to prevent breakage during shipping.  Please include a copy of your invoice for faster processing.  

Any modified clippers, trimmers, and blades can not be returned to master barber supply.


NOTE: If you are requesting a refund for a returned package and the item(s) does not, in our opinion, have a verifiable manufacturer defect we will issue a  refund to your credit card for the amount of purchase LESS our shipping cost (if we paid shipping to you).  If you refuse a package and we paid shipping you will be refunded the purchase amount less our shipping cost for the shipment AND return.  Our return address is: Master Barber Supply, Returns Dept. 60 Quincy Street, Colonie, NY 12203

Barber Chairs: Barber and Styling chairs cannot be returned for any reason.  In the unlikely event there is a defect with the chair a part will be shipped from the manufacturer to repair the chair.  MBS or the manufacturer does not warranty labor cost related to replacement of parts or repair.  Please be aware that chairs may periodically require adjustments that are the responsibility of the end user and may require common tools such as a wrench.

After 30 days please refer to the individual item for the manufacturer's warranty.  Of course, we are always glad to help you contact any manufacturer for assistance.  If you have any questions call our Customer Service at 1-518-400-0627.

Any used tools that we fix must be payed for and picked up within 30 days of completion otherwise they will become the property of master barber supply and can be sold.

Note: If a package is lost or stolen after we have shipped it, it is no longer our responsibility, please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS ect.) Thank You!

Images on the site may differ slightly from the item you receive due to manufacturer changes that are beyond our control.  MBS will not be responsible for return shipping on any item that looks different than the picture listed but is the correct manufacturer model/style ordered.  However, we will gladly refund or exchange any item the customer returns during the return period.
